Payment in advance
By choosing advance payment, after the ordering process you will receive a confirmation with the bank details by email. Should you not receive these, we kindly ask you to check your spam mail filter. As soon as your payment has come through, your order will be shipped immediately. This could take between 2-4 days, depending on which bank has been used to transfer the money. Please note the importance of specifying the order number in the reason for transfer. Only this way we can ensure a quick processing and shipping of your order.
Goods, which have been ordered by advanced payment, will be reserved for you for 6 days.
Payment by credit card
It is possible to pay for your order by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. By paying this way, your order can be processed and shipped immediately. In the case of returned goods, we will transfer the money directly back into your credit card account.
The credit card information is encrypted and transferred using the SSL-method. Because of the high security measures taken it is safe to shop by credit card at LUTOS GmbH & Co.KG. You will find more information on data security here.
Payment by PayPal
You can also use PayPal to pay for your goods. To do this, please choose PayPal as method of payment – you will be forwarded to the PayPal website. If you already are a PayPal user you can now login and proceed with the payment. New users have the possibility of entering PayPal using a guest account or signing up to then proceed with payment.
As soon as our PayPal account has been credited, we will proceed with shipment. In most cases our account will be credited directly after you have made the payment through PayPal.
Choosing this method of payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email, in which you will again find a link to your PayPal-payment. If for some reason you are interrupted during the payment proceedings, this provides you with the possibility of continuing payment with PayPal after the ordering process.
In the case of you returning anything to us, we will transfer the money back to your PayPal-account.
This method allows you to wait until you have received your goods to pay for them. You will make the payment by cash directly to the courier delivering them. The invoice will be included in the package.
In return cases, we ask you to kindly let us know your bank account details, so that we can transfer the amount back to you as quickly as possible.
