Conclusion of Contract
Contractual language is German. The presentation of products in the online-store does not represent a legally binding offer, instead, a non-binding online-catalogue.
After submitting your personal information and by clicking the button in the last step of the order process, you submit a legally binding order of the articles contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is made immediately after the sending by means of an automated e-mail. The sales contract is concluded with the confirmation of the order or the delivery of the goods.
After placement of the order, BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH will send the customer an automatic acknowledgement of receipt via email in which the customer's order is listed again and which the customer can print by clicking the Print function. The order acknowledgement is not deemed acceptance of the customer's order but shall solely inform the customer that the order has been received by BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH.  A purchase contract is only deemed to have been concluded when Ludwig & Therese makes a declaration of acceptance which is sent in a separate email (order acknowledgement) or if the ordered products are sent to the dispatch address.

Right of Cancellation
You shall be entitled to revoke this contract within fourteen days without citing any reason.
The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, have taken the latest goods into possession. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us on the basis of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter send by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must return all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from you selecting a different form of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and within fourteen days of the day on which received the notification of your cancellation of this contract at the latest. To make this repayment, we shall use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which is earlier. You must send or hand the goods back immediately, and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract at the latest. The period shall be considered complied with if you dispatch the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
You shall be responsible for the direct costs of sending back the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
The return will be at your own cost and risk. For shippings from countries outside of the European Union: Please mark your parcel as a return and attach the invoice on the outside of the package for customs. Additional customs duties and taxes may occur - these are to be paid by the customer. Further information can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/. For Switzerland please click this link: http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/. We will reimburse return shipping costs for returns or exchanges only in the case of items wrongly delivered. This is not the case when sizes were incorrectly ordered.

Exclusion of cancellation:
A right of cancellation does not exist for distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not ready-made and whose manufacturing is determined by individual selections or specifications of the consumer, or whereby the goods are clearly tailored to the needs of the consumer. Audio- or Video recordings and software, once the original seals of the delivered items have been broken, cannot be returned or exchanged.

General information
Send the goods if possible in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package with sufficient protection against transportation damage.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH until the entire payment has been received.

Payment and Prices
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and contain the individual sales tax. All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the total value of the order and the selected shipping type
BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH has the right to correct wrongly displayed prices. Should the corrections lead to an increase in price, the customer has the right to refuse and revoke the contract. Shipment to countries outside the EU may lead to additional customs fees, which BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH has no influence on whatsoever. These custom fees are carried by the customer.

Credit Card Payment
When paying by credit card (Master Card or Visa), the credit card will be charged immediately after the order is received. We recommend keeping a copy of the transaction procedure.

Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions are binding for the contractual relationship between the customer and BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH in 80807 Munich. Conditions that are contrary to these terms and conditions, or vary from these, are not recognized by the firm BAYERISCH TRACHTEN GmbH and are hereby explicitly rejected. Any other terms and conditions put forth by customers are only then valid when a written approval from the firm BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH is at hand.

Shipment, Partial Delivery
BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH determines the shipping route and – means, insofar as the customer does not select a specific shipping procedure, for which he carries any additional fees which could possibly arise. BAYERISCHE TRACHTEN GmbH has the right to ship partial deliveries.
Available articles usually ship within one to three days after the payment has been received. Any information on a delivery date is non-binding and is subject to the availability of the ordered items or services.

Guarantee
Guarantees are subject to law.

Severability Clause
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
